A three-bed penthouse with its own cinema room and some of the best views of Sandbanks has gone on the market for offers over £3m.
The ultra-modern home has panoramic views of Britain's top property hotspot in Poole Harbour, Dorset.
The five-storey apartment building, called Reflections, was built last year and replaced a 1950s chalet bungalow.
Six of the apartments in the building have already been sold off plan - before they were completed.
Now the 'jewel in the crown' in the development - the three-bedroom penthouse - is being sold with estate agents Savills.

Sandbanks was named Britain's property hot spot in January and the fourth most expensive place to live in the world as average prices hit £1.2m.
House prices in Sandbanks are topped only by Monte Carlo in Monaco, Basal in Switzerland and Palm Beach in Florida.
Sandbanks has been one of Britain's most desirable hot spots for the past two decades. Now its appeal has also spread to several surrounding areas in Poole.
The penthouse apartment is in Chaddesley Glen in the affluent suburb of Canford Cliffs.
It has 2,356 sq ft of accommodation, with the floor plan designed to make the most of the space, as well as maximising the stunning views.
Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the third floor, with most of the accommodation on the top floor.

There is an open plan living area with a kitchen/dining room and a sunken living room, both of which have doors leading to the balcony which runs the full width of the building.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and dressing room and there is a cinema room with a bar, which could also be used as a fourth bedroom.
There are also four allocated parking spaces - two underground with electric car charging and two surface parking spaces - as well as a direct lift to the penthouse.

Sean Gibson, head of Savills Canford Cliffs, said: 'The views from this penthouse are arguably some of the best of Poole Harbour, with the large terrace providing an incredible vantage point from which to enjoy watching the sunset.
'The extensive terrace feels like it looks over the whole of Poole Harbour and beyond. It's an extremely elevated position and vantage point, the views are really quite special.
'Conveniently located with the harbour and beaches in one direction and Canford Cliffs in the other, the luxurious apartment is turnkey, with incredible, high specification interiors ready for its new owners to enjoy straight away.'
